Paper cup technical details

Hot drink glasses; We can produce from 4 oz (100 cc) to 16 oz (400 ml). Our cardboard weight starts from 230 gsm up to 300 gsm according to their length.

In this product group, we also produce double walled cups in 8, 14 and 16 oz. These products protect your hands from burning without the need for any covers or napkins thanks to their double layer cartons. We also produce cardboard sleeves (shirts) with logo for our standard single layer cups.
Double-wall hot drink cups can be shaped with a wavy embossing pattern with your logo on it. Customer’s hand is protected by getting burned while keeping the embossed structure of the cup to handle easier, also prevent the sliding of the hand.
Black and white color lid options for all sizes of hot drink cups are always ready in stock except 4 oz plastic cups.
As a complement to these products, we also produce printed cardboard sleeves and paper bags to carry cups.
Our products are disposable and compatible with vending machines.
All of our production is carried out in full automatic machines in accordance with food codex without touching.

 

Hot drink paper cup print options

All kinds of printing up to 4 colors (CMYK) can be easily applied on our hot drink cups. Flexo printing technique is used with plate. Product or human pictures can be printed without error. Our graphics department helps with customizable prints that have become popular in recent years. Certified water-based inks are used in production which are food safe.

We produce black and white lids for all our sizes except 4 oz. Since the covers are manufactured according to the diameter of the related product mouths, they fit and do not leak.

How and how many products come in a box?

Paper cups are intertwined and put in boxes in plastic bags. For example, 12 oz (250 ml) of hot drink cups are packed in 1000 pieces. It enters 1 cartridge in every 100 cups and 1 box in every 10 cartridges. For this size, our box size is 33x24x64 cm.
